NousBooks offers digital products designed for immediate access and long-term use.

Digital Products

All products sold on NousBooks are digital goods delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been purchased and access has been granted, returns or exchanges are not possible.

This policy exists because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

Refunds

Refunds are not provided for digital products once delivery has occurred, except in the following limited cases:

• You were charged incorrectly

• You experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access to the product and we were unable to resolve it

If you believe one of the above applies, please contact us at hello@nousbooks.com within 7 days of purchase, including your order number and a brief explanation.

Each request is reviewed carefully and fairly.

EU Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase when the consumer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing your purchase on NousBooks, you expressly agree to:

• Immediate access to the digital content

• Waiving your right of withdrawal once delivery begins
